Hmi Ymi does not take responsibility for the accuracy or validity of user data or the safety and health of guests and hosts or their security records. The platform merely allows guests to choose from a list of hospitality experiences created by hosts without verifying the safety and security of the offerings.
Hmi Ymi does not assume legal responsibility for any incidents, injuries, illnesses, or any type of harm resulting from experiences conducted through direct use of the platform. The platform serves solely as an intermediary to enable users to create and access hospitality experiences.
